City v Wigan Post Match Thread (FA Cup)

I hope demichelis pays for a new door in my front room cos I've just put my fist through it.

Only to be made worse by listening to Jason Roberts on the post match reviews

No doubt the bt sports team will be celebrating more than the Wigan fans after this

Well, that made sense. Play understrength team in competition we're close to winning, no doubt put out strong team on Wednesday in competition we have no chance in; be knackered in next PL game because of it, and likely be out of that as well. Brilliant.

Indeed. Madness.

Piss poor from Pellegrini today. Win the league or collect your p45,just like your predecessor.

just winning the Carling Cup, this is a disastrous season considering how it was playing out just a month or two ago.

and this is how the season will end. just winning carling cup!

Unfortunately I think both are correct. Horrendous season if this proves to be.

Why is Pellegrini getting most of the blame?

The players under Mancini struggled to get themselves up for games against teams they should be beating and it's clearly not changed, so it has to be primarily down to the players.

In my opinion we have too many star players who only want to get themselves up for big games, we saw this last season, a little bit in the title winning season, and again this season.

Too many so called Galacticos if you ask me.

Playing a second string team seems to always back fire , we always seem to end up bringing on the big names in the end to chase the game

No words needed and although it shouldn't be a factor the ref was an absolute **** and was desperate for Wigan to win.

Nasri and Milner the only two players who looked like they gave a fuck. Got to sign a CB, Lescott and Demi both rely far too much on Kompany, we need a defender who can step up in their own right.
