I wonder if Milner will start after his brilliant performance last night. Undoubtedly harsh on Nasri, but it would add some solidarity to our line-up:

Pantilimon
Zabaleta, Kompany, Demichelis, Clichy
Yaya, Fernandinho, Milner
Silva
Aguero, Negredo

Can the mods agree to ban any arsenal fan from coming on this forum should they win? (just for a couple of days). I'm already sick of some of them. I don't think I'll be able to handle them if we lose.

Luckily, I think we'll win.

That's what Redcafe used to do

I thought you were a cut above

In the unlikely event we do win, then I think any Arsenal fan on this forum should have the good grace to recognise they are a guest on here by showing both restraint and decorum

I'm quite happy for temporarily banning arseholes, though
This is the important bit. We've had a history of arrogant arsenal fans on this forum before. I know of at least one arsenal fan on here currently who tends to grind with the majority of our posters. You also have to remember that arsenal fans (not all) have become very bitter towards us since the takeover so the relationship isn't great. I'd steer clear for a couple of days should you happen to win ;)

4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1 Against Arsenal?

After the shift in formation for last nights (can't believe I'm saying this) victory against Bayern Munich away; Against Arsenal on Saturday, do we:

A) Revert back to a 4-4-2

B) Stick with 4-2-3-1

Me, I'm going with B, although I'd like us to go more attacking with a 4-1-2-3.

4-4-2 for me.

Let them try their passing game. We can do them on the break.

Re: 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1 Against Arsenal?

tricky decisions for MP ahead of saturday. Another question is who gets the nod for the 2 creative roles?

Navas has been in good form lately and been effective against Bayern, Spurs and before that United also this season
Milner had a great game down the left side, we could do with his work rate v Arsenal
Nasri been outstanding for much of this season BUT often goes into his shell against his former side
Silva

I would go with Nasri and Silva, unless we go 1 up front in which one of Navas or Milner can play as well

4-2-2-2 for me. Quick and Slick. No nonsense. Let's do them 7-0.
