Back on topic...................I seriously hope we smash these into next week. 3/4 nil at least. Will that be enough though, to stop the inane ramblings of a particular gooner on the forum? We all know how it goes...........City need to sort out defence, it'll be between us, Chelsea and the Arse for the title, we beat Napoli, Dortmund, Spurs we still a good team blah blah blah......

A win and a convincing performance will shatter their confidence.

He needs little encouragement lol...

Their fans are cool (aside from bluemoon plastics)

Pfft, the very cheek of it. I've ordered BT sport already

It will end up a boring 0 - 0 draw after all the hype. Just give us a win don't care if shit game just need the three points.

Lol

Comfortable win I think. 3 or 4 nil.

The only (domestic) teams that seem to trouble us these days are the lesser sides that press and harry us all over the park, stopping us from getting our passing game together.

Arsenal won't do this. Both sides will be allowed to play, which means at home, we will win.

EDIT: I have to pinch myself sometimes. How things have changed eh? We used to expect a guaranteed twatting by teams like Arsenal for the past 30 years. Incredible.

Recent results suggest a close game. The biggest result of our last 5 games was our 2-0 win last season, but that was against 10 men for a big chunk of the game (until Kompany got sent off too).

They aren't United or Spurs, so I don't think it'll be a 3 or 4-goal bonanza from City.

Only 6 goals in the last 5 league fixtures between these teams.

Haven't made a score prediction yet but I'm going with a comfortable 4-0 win.
Can't see them giving us trouble to be honest.

Negredo and Aguero are going to have a comfortable day I reckon.

-- Thu Dec 12, 2013 6:05 pm --

From their forums:
As far as the season goes, I think this is THE test, forget the game at Old Trafford.

Lol I bet they said the same before they went to the swamp. After the weekend they'll say never mind the REAL REAL test is against chelsea.

Any news on Jovetic? Guess Nasty is still another 1.5-2 weeks.

Having Jovetic on the bench would be nice and I think he could offer us a different dimension.

Haha, that is genius, although the creator (was it you?) has been a little over-generous with spelling and grammar. A Spurs shirt would also be an improvement , as a Spurs fan he definitely is.

Absolute genius otherwise.
