What a fantastic performance. Top of the pile was Bernardo, he is going to take it on from Silva in years to come. Foden and Diaz great on the ball, Bolton has tons of potential, Garcia looks classy, Luiz was much better than I thought and Gomes is definitely another Kante in the making. Zinchenko was excellent but still looks uncomfortable with a quick winger against him. I hope Nmecha gets to get some games this season , if not with us then in the championship, he is a handful.

What a performance. What a display.
The lads showed real spirit to come back from the two goal deficit, both of which were against the run of play.
There was some terrific movement and passing from the team. Nmecha was so unlucky not to score at 0-0, but took his follow-up to Foden's parried shot well. Bernardo did brilliantly for his goals.
Diaz and Foden both had great games, as did several of the others.
Just a shame that Mahrez, Laporte and Foden went off injured. Hopefully the knocks aren’t too serious.

Any one of those youngster could start every game for us next season and not look at if place with the other 10 beng regular experience players. I’d love us to start using them instead of buying anyone apart from a striker once Sergio leaves.

How did we line up in the game? Did Mahrez and Bernardo start? And if so where did they play?
Bernie replaced Riyad.
Only watched the OS highlights but a fantastic performance from the team. We have some great kids coming through Bolton, Foden, Diaz, Garcia and Nmecha.
Mahrez looked good again and hopefully it's not a serious injury. Bernardo was excellent and this coming season he will be a key player. Special mention for Bravo who made some great saves.

They wont get much game tme atm so maybe a season on loan with a call back clause if we were in deep shit.
Season long loans can't have recall clauses, only short term loans.
