I understand why we have a post match thread but there amongst a lot of shit there's some good posts that just get lost and any good debate is gone. I don't know what the answer is because BM has got so many followers but these post match threads you just can't keep up with or reply and get any real debate going. By tomorrow morning I never feel as frustrated and can't be arsed discussing the tactics/formation etc.

It's best to wait for sensible discussion mate, it's just about venting at the moment, that's why we have this thread, otherwise we would be overrun with topics and the place would crash

We should beat them if we field the right team / Use the right tactics . Play Tevez behind Aguero , Play Silva at the spot Nasri played today , Play Yaya upfront and then pair Barry / Garcia in defensive midfield . Tevez is UCL quality , Dzeko is an impact sub

Mancini is clueless in Europe which is a different kettle of fish than the PL.

Dortmund looked miles better yet individually they are not better than City.

It's going to be hard to qualify as you are going to have to go to Dortmund and most likely win to qualify.

2 years and not making it through to the knockouts is not good enough with the squad you have.

I agree that Mancini has been found wanting in Europe and that qualification is not going to be easy but this is a very hard group. Also Dortmund have got to play Real home and away (we just have them at home). We do not have to beat Dortmund away, avoiding defeat might be enough.

Mourinho isn't as good as people make him look , He just does the right thing at the RIGHT time and that means fielding the right team , sticking to a formation that WORKS , making the right substitutions . 1 quality that stands out for Mou is his resilience and mental /Psychological strength , has a tough skin , he handles pressure perfectly , Mancini turns into "Bridget Jones " when put under pressure . Personally i have more respect for coaches like Simone , Bielsa , Pep , Rijkaard and that dortmund guy than i have for Mou.
