We were never gonna compete with them tonight. We tried in 111 but by the 60 minute mark when the rest of the stadium was just contributing fuck all (at least I could hear nothing) as usual we kinda gave up. Well done to all those who sang.

He's just saying that to get a bit of pressure off himself after tonight's shambolic display. I don't believe for a second we will get anywhere near qualifying from this group. Tonight proved to me he won't get it right no matter how long he gets.

Lucky to get a point like everyone is saying. We looked dreadful in the second half and maybe most worrying is Yaya's performance. Not sure if he's just tired/had a bad game or if it was Dortmund closing us down in the midfield. Silva had some flashes of the Silva of old, but still no consistency. Nasri came out and got a quick shot, but was ordinary after. Sometimes holds the ball too long, which can help in possession, but can hurt at times. And this doesn't need to be said, but i'm saying it anyway, Hart was brilliant! I'm not worrying yet. I usually don't start worrying as fast as some blues on here. We can still advance, it will just take some improving to say the least.

Agreed , Dortmund had to travel but we looked like the away side for much of the game.

The speed and fluid movement has completely gone from our game.

Sides that close us down and don't allow us to move forward without a lot of pressure on the player with the ball we have no answer to.
