i'd be flabbergasted (what a word) if Pellers didn't put out his strongest XI - we have to win to keep the pressure on Chelsea and there is plenty of time for the players to recover for Tuesday, we've just a weekend break too. Injuries are part and parcel of football - if we lose Aguero, nasri and Silva to injuries this weekend it's through pure bad luck, not bcos Pellers had the 'idiocy' to start them. win. win well.

Strongest side possible please for this one:

Hart

Zab Vinny Mangala Clichy

Fernandinho Yaya

Nasri Silva

Aguero

Bony

Can anyone explain to me why they keep insisting Bony makes up our strongest possible team when he hasn't even kicked a ball for us. Potential strongest team I could accept, but several posters are including him in our strongest team - don't get it.

Stongest 11 available:

Anyone who still thinks Hart is good enough for City clearly didn't watch the 1st half vs Stoke.

I know people are not convinced by Caballero but that is because he has not been given a run in the team, if he got into some sort of rhythm he would prove he is miles ahead of Hart.

Pellegrini rates Caballero higher, the only reason Hart is still in the team is because he knows dropping him would upset the fans who have some sort of blind loyalty to a keeper who used to be good but is now shit and they don't want to admit it.

Hart is holding us back, open your eyes City fans.

What a massive idiot you are, really hope you're winding us up...

4-4-2

Hart

Zaba
Kompany
Mangala
Kolarov

Yaya
Dinho
Silva
Nasri

Aguero
Bony

With the exception of Clichy in for Kolarov in my opinion that is our best 11.

If we played the above "best 11" against Barca we will be beat comfortably. Swap Bony for Fernando and bring Clichy back in. We may have a best 11 but we still need to play the correct players for the correct games.

How can that be our best 11 when one hasn't even played for City.
Even playing at home, 442 against Barca will be suicidal

Dont understand hat your saying there

If Kun remains fit I wouldn't be that surprised if Bony didn't get a game until after Barca.

If you read what I have said i have not mentioned playing 4-4-2 against Barca. Our best 11 players has Aguero & Bony up front in a 4-4-2. For the Barca game I have said replace Bony with Fernando to make it 4-5-1. Dont see how this is confusing??

I get it with swapping Fernando for the barca game but I find it very strange that you (and others) proclaim Bony to be making up our best 11 when he hasn't kicked a ball yet.

In time I hope and I'm sure you will be right, but it just seems silly to be saying that now.

I hope Yaya is back to his marauding best!!
Play our best team, and stick to it. Although would like to see Bony get at least 30 mins to see how he links up.

Who are you going to swap Yaya with for the Barca game?

I bet Fernando comes in for Yaya but I would go with Milner
