I don't think we can go with just one striker up top like when we last plate Madrid, yes we were a wall of a midfield to get past but we offered no threat up top! Only until Edin came on to join Carlos up front we got going attacking wise!

I do think Manini will play very direct and play Edin to hold the ball up whilst either Carlos or Kun plays off him.

I think we might go with Option 3.

Madrid will play 4-3-3 (as they normally do) with a front 3 of Ronaldo / Higuan or Benzema/ Di Maria or Kaka and we need some width as they will try to stretch the play.

Actually, Dortmund are a point ahead of Real so if they win then they're through. If we win both games and Real only manage a point v Ajax we'll go through with a point more than Real if I'm not mistaken.
