the first half non-performance is a reminder that the squad and it's multiple variations can throw up a side that just does not work. Today was one. Naming individuals is not for me, we do not have rubbish on the squad, what we do have is players unsure of each other's movements and intentions, not a recipe for fast-flowing football we are used to, having no striker makes it worse.

They played well, but how numbers 8, 6 and 4 didn't get sent off was beyond me, Oliver should be sent for an eye test after trying to claim the Muay Thai knee to Jovetic's chest got the ball and he should be banned from football for life if he passes it.
