City vs Sunderland post match discussion

Hart - Great again, good to see the clean sheet

Zabs - Great game, stamina and heart, good link up play
Meeks - Fantastic to see him back, could see he really enjoyed it
Lescott - Solid man mountain
Kola - Best game for us, last ditch tackle v AJ immense and a real attacking threat

Milner/Barry - Ran the game for us, positioning, technique, passing, tackling - awesome
Yaya - Best position for him and the team
Silva - Looking back to his mercurial best
Balo - Looked disinterested, do see his runs but ball doesn't stick when he's got it

Tevez/Aguero - Best att line up, work great together, keep defenders very busy

Some of the link up play between Silva/Milner/Yaya/Zabs was a joy to behold, oh and how the fuck did Meeks not score?!

Great performance against a poor opposition.
Kolarov MOTM by a country mile : 1 decisive goal, 1 pass ( it could have been 2 if Balo had scored that magnificent cross ).
Silva is at last getting closer and closer to his former self, that's a relief !
Milner's goal was a beauty and his workrate as usual absolutely worldclass; he just needs to dramaticaly improuve his final ball delivery because it is as dreadfull as it can get : he just can't cross nor pass for shit.
Overall that performance echoes the one against Fulham and hopefully seals a good streak of victories.

Only watched the second half but Milner and Kolarov looks good... Clichy might have something to worry about here.

Stating to wonder why Milner didn't start most matches untill today...

Good performance, thought Milner and Barry really worked well together, and let YaYa go further up the pitch, Silva was buzzing, good to see Micah playing and adding his presence to the defence, all the goals were taken well, forgot to say that Zabaleta played well, so good game leading into the break.................

i just hope mancini doesn't start his system experiments again. this worked last year and there's no reason to change it.

Just what we needed, a fucking sterling performance and hopefully Bob will take note.
Happy, happy, happy and Mrs P's fanny is going to reap the rewards.

I think Bob made the changes

Scream out Milner and Barry and Micah just before you cum piggy.

If it hasnt been said - credit to Yaya for being a good captain. Noticed how he supported and congratulated his team-mates during the match.

Against Dortmund, poor old Pablo was breaking down the wing and then having to get back and defend because there was no cover for him, today Jimmy shared his workload and we looked much more solid. Kolarov had his best game for city in my opinion and Micah was immense. But our little diamond, Silva, is back to his best. Pity it's internationals time next weekend.
