Top win. Broke them down and went for the kill. Excellent, City.
But it just shows how poor everyone else has been when we have been shockingly awful apart from the first 5-6 games and yet we still have a chance...At least we're still hanging in there. Other teams will have some dodgy results towards the run-in so it's just a case of fingers crossed and see how things develop. Been obvious since before Christmas that we were not going to piss this league.
That was easy, Villa are woeful, to think before the takeover Villa and Everton were well ahead of us. I accept the job was done and you can only beat what is put in front of you but if we play like that against a half-decent side we will drop points. A lot of things are not right with us at the moment and sooner Pep gets stuck in the better. The irony of the whole thing is that we could end this season with a league and cup double and CL semi-finalists (OK that last one maybe a stretch!) playing poorly for large parts.
I have been supporting this club for 36 years and I have seen some rubbish, my love has never waivered but I think Pellers is holding us back. These players need assembling into a proper team unit where the sum of the parts is more than the parts, not less.
Definitely. What are your thoughts on the theory that Guardolia has been deciding on our buys for a while and Pellers has just been told to babysit them before the Spanish messiah arrives? It would explain a lot.The club agrees mate, hence the appointment of arguably the best manager in world football.
Until the summer though, Pellegrini is in charge and nothing will change that.

Forgive me for not been knowledgeable of your posts but are you saying that Guardolia bought Sterling, KGB etc.?My thoughts are well known and are on here for the last 3/4 years and that's despite being a huge Pellegrini fan.
It's always been about Pep and he has always been keeping the hot seat warm.
I've also no doubt this summer's transfer window will be very special indeed.
