I've just noticed spurs aren't playing, which is potentially relevant to the team selection. Did they get knocked out?

There is only one station that has it on TV in China... so i would guess the chances of a stream for this are very limited.

We get spoiled with the premiership in the fact that all games are now shown somewhere in the world but not cup games.
