Compare this thread to dippers post match thread lol.

haha, yep just popped on there, crisis talk, Carragher should be dropped as cpt and from the starting team, Saurez was poor and looks like credit has gone to his head.

Terrific display by City again, its hard to point out many flaws in any of our games this season, we will face stronger challenges, but we look so up for it.

Superb. Superb. Superb.

Great to see King Carlos back on the field. Some of his passes were excellent, and as he gets sharper you just know he's going to get back to goal scoring ways.

El Kun. Clinical.

David Silva. Just pure magic.

Richards. Colossal.

In fact everyone, to a man, was just excellent. On another day that would've been a cricket score in the first half alone.

Just want to say to our bitter gooner friends. You were right. Clichy can't defend. And Nasri doesn't get many assists. :- )

Oh, and of course. Props to Roberto. Team selection was spot on with Wednesday in mind. Last season he bore the brunt of the criticism when we didn't perform. So he deserves huge amounts of praise and respect of the way we're currently playing. It's just magical.

I'm off out to get well and truly smashed.

I think Mancini may have found the extra 10/15 goals he was looking for (O:

Silva is simply unplayable, you may stop him once but he will get through eventually, also helps having the movement and class of Aguero.

No coincidence however the sort of partnership silva and aguero are forming, its silvas Villa partnership all over again, though aguero for me makes scoring look easier, crazy but true.

Still feel a bit pissed off edin didn't start ahead of blanca, want the big man to hit 30 this year .

Only poor players today were Tevez and Johnson.

Cant fully agree with you here mate. The penalty was obviously horrendous but his effort today and passing ability was top notch. Johnson was also unlucky to scoop that little sitter early on, but overall I agree with this one as he did fail to make much of an impact.

A.Johnson was really disappointing today. Twice he has had a start in HOME matches against Swansea and Wigan. Both not famed for their fullbacks and he has offered nothing. Really disappointing.

Maybe a loan move would have been good for him?

Apart from that the team was awesome. Moved up a level when Nasri came on.

I think that's a bit unfair on AJ, he had a good game but he tends to get a bad wrap if he dosnt score
