Im sick of it all to be honest.
i just want my physical season card back.
going in last night,
took me about 10,yes 10 diffetent attempts to get my lad in,and after that mine was the same,people behind getting arsy because you're holding people up.
i honestly thought our cards had not been activated.
every third game is like this.

We’ve done it all season.. just give the recipient your ticket details and DOB etc in case they have any issues..Can you not just send the recipient the QR code(s)? Has worked fine for me by whatsapp or text in the past.

I was using Chrome and it wouldn't allow me to select any tickets to transfer. However this morning I used Edge and that worked. Looks like an issue with browser.Did they give the impression they’re going to fix the system, or just your issue? I’m currently in Sydney and the new-look page won’t let me transfer my ticket for any game. Phoning Supporter Services from Australia for an hour on hold will be a very inconvenient and expensive option for me!

Just got off the phone to the ticket office with a transfer issue. They said the issues that were happening yesterday and earlier this week should be resolved moving forward. Something to do with a 3rd party server problem that should now be sorted. We shall see but I have my doubts!
Despite the teething issues I personally think mobile tickets have been great on the whole. Getting paper/card tickets to other users was a ball ache and this has made life far easier. I know others will disagree but it’s just my humble opinion!

Ive never had 1 issue with the mobile tickets NFC season ticket or the barcodes for some cup games.
The pain in the arse is the transfer process never seems to be consistent very often does not work unless you use Edge browser.

I changed to Chrome browser and it works fine with transfersI still can not transfer my Burnley Tickets. Is this going to be fixed or do I have to drive down to the stadium to pick prints up to hand them. Wouldn't be a problem if they were sat near me but other side stadium.
Have you tried that?
