We will be more effective in a 4-3-3 where Tevez and Silva are allowed to roam around behind Dzeko, than in a conventional 4-4-2 where Silva would be more restricted.

Yes, I almost expect it today, followed by a media feeding frenzy suggesting Bent who scores two is so much better value than Dzeko.

But just look back a year at how stupid we looked at first with regards to Dunne, and now he's complete gash, gone in every sense of the word, Bent will soon get back to his mediocre best.

Totally agree John. Stelling doesn't even try to hide his contempt for us, always shit stirring on soccer saturday. Has obviously spent too much time with Merson and Thompson.

Villa aren't playing that badly and have a ridiculous number of chances they haven't put away (I think they've hit the woodwork more than anyone this season).

The obvious conclusion is they need someone to put the ball away and Bent has proved he can do that in the PL so he's a good buy for them - we have to be careful.
