Given that it was a group game might complicate things I guess.. i.e It might not change the standings that much even if we "lost" that game?
Or is it that you are kicked out anyway?

Depends what they decide to do, but they have only delayed our game, not Liverpool's (Liverpool qualified as group runners-up) so their choices are either to give us a 1-3 point deduction and we still go through as group winners, or to ban us and give Arsenal a bye to the next round. They can't do anything which would promote Liverpool to the group winner position because it would interfere with the QF game Liverpool would've already played.

Couldn't they just replace us with Sunderland (did they finish third ?) or the third place team as it's a quarter final, and finishing top did give us any advantage as it was a out of the bag draw for the quarters ?

As @acton28 pointed out, the only player it could be is Walsh since she's the only player to have not already featured in a cup game for us this season. A major cock-up for the club if this proves true and we are booted from the competition.

A club cock up maybe, but before taking to field teamsheets are submitted, how hard is it for a fourth offical to check all players are regitered... saves future embarressment and a game being declared as a different result etc. I mean if they kick City out, fans should be reimbursed etc

The club had till last Thursday, I think, to answer the charge. The FA will need to get their finger out 'cos we're not far off finishing the season for the women and the Arse game should have been played summat like a fortnight ago! The FA have probably got the FBI checking out our petty cash tin, see how much they can sting us for!
