Glad I've seen this. I bought my eldest daughter a season ticket for this coming season as an xmas present, and had one for myself too as she's 10 years old. It cost me £63 for both, and you get all league, cup and cl games. Absolute bargain and my daughter says it's her best xmas present she had.

Can't wait for the season to start.

Last season I got the offer of a complimentary ticket AND hospitality which I took to be part of the season ticket for the women. I just had to let them know in advance which game I wanted to go to! They might do that one again!
This season you get a complimentary ticket, free gift, discount in the store and a free coaching session at the academy.

Brilliant for my eldest because she plays football.

The offer of complimentary ticket and hospitality was one out of the blue that came about half way through the season. It wasn't part of the sweetener! Watch out for it if they do it again. It came by email or text!!

Anyone heard if we will be making anymore signings?

I know we have signed that Scottish striker but I thought the ladies would be looking for world domination next season with being in the champs league?

Think when our first 11 is starting we are very good but I dont think the squad is overly strong. Take out a couple of big names and the standard does drop.

There will be a couple of signings but likely not many. You have to remember that the WSL has a salary regulation saying that teams can only have a maximum of 4 players on wages of over £20k, which is there for the specific reason of stopping a handful of teams from throwing £5m each at their squads to buy a team of galacticos and make the league a farce with the world class teams winning 10-0 every game. Teams can get round it by offering their players additional part-time work as community officers and such, but inevitably teams can only find so many jobs for these players. Most teams therefore can only have about a half a dozen to maybe 10 international level top players and have to fill the rest of the squads with whoever they can get. Realistically we are probably about as stocked as we can get right now.

Thanks for that mate, didn’t realise most of what you have just explained.
I always thought, why don’t we just go all out and spend big.
Suppose it is a good idea to keep the league more competitive but if you want the league to grow into the best they should encourage teams like City, Chelsea and Arsenal to spend cash to make the league the place to be!
It’s a shame with the facilities we can offer women only 3/4 of the top players can reap the benefits of it at the moment.

I'd say more than 3 or 4 of our players benefit. Many of our players may be on low wages or have to do extra community work to earn their position, but they all get to train full-time, which is more than many teams can offer, and they all get to train at CFA. Many of the players who have joined us have said the CFA facilities have been a major reason behind their moving to us, too, so clearly it makes a difference to them.

Untrue. A Club’s “Salary Cap Threshold” shall be 40 % of the Club’s gross annual operating budget for that Salary Cap Year, as set out in the Club’s 2014 – 2017 FAWSL Club Licence. This figure must be agreed with the FA WSL Business Manager by such date as is notified by The Football Association in each Salary Cap Year.

Essentially the budget could be unlimited, depending on how seriously City take it.
