Good point Damo.

Toni Duggan put a vid of here for BT sport on twitter today, sorry on my tab and cant link it but its a great watch and speaks voljmes about where we are aiming.

Finally found some time to watch this and so bumping because it's well worth a watch.

Thanks for sharing Rascal.
Very worth watching. Duggan and the rest are a superb example and group of role models for the game.

MCWFC finally win a league game - 1-0 away v Arsenal. Toni Duggan the scorer, and that's her 5th goal in 7 games if I remember rightly (and she didn't even play in one of them).

Excellent result and showing the development in the team/squad. It sounded like we were under quite a bit of pressure as the game went on but we showed resilience and KB proved how good a keeper she is.

First the dippers, now arsenal just as they are busy celebrating - we do know how to piss on people's chips.

If the girls are playing Atletico soon I'm having a big bet on a city win

Well done MCWFC

What a result, Arsenal Ladies have a very impressive record of late, just saw this tweet from Duggan haha must be an interesting finish

I follow a few of the girls on twitter and they are buzzing about todays win.

The move to the minihad will be brilliant for them and they will continue to get better and better

If I am honest I cant see me ever making my 500m trip to see the women play, but I do thing the WSL if thats the correct acronym have been very sensible having the season start as the premier league winds down. Interest may wain slightly this year due to world cup occupying some of our time but in non euro\world cup years i can see several people who live locally popping down to get their football fix in the close season. If the quality is a good as some of it seems and is cheap enough or free for season ticket holders then they are likely to go again. The last womens game I saw was doncaster against Arsenal about 10 years ago as it was on itv or something and from looking through a few highlights the quality is definitely coming on leaps and bounds.

I wouldnt travel 500 miles at the moment, but in time people may. What I like about the girls especially ours is that they have been given a platform to expand a game we all love.

I can only see positives of MCWFC being the best although I hope in time they drop the W. If and its happening now they become sporting icons to young girls who in turn fall in love with the game and they fall in love with blue that for me is worth every penny.

The way we are now as a club or girls will be the best, and I for one would defo go watch them in FA Cup finals etc as they are City
