2-0 win. Krystle Johnston & Jill Scott with the goals.

That makes it five wins on the spin. Not bad considering that we could barely buy a goal in our first few games.

The team is really coming together and great credit should go to Nick Cushing the manager. No panic during the early defeats and now we are seeing the benefits of all the hard work and sticking to good footballing principles.

It was all about the team performance tonight with every player doing their job. Jill Scott ran herself into the ground and deservedly got MotM. Lovely calm goal when she lobbed the keeper after their full back messed up a header. The pressing continues to get better and better, the wide attacking players put in a great shift up and down the line.

Most of the difficult moments we had at the back were down to our own errors giving the ball in bad areas but that's down to trying to play football when a big boot might be a better option.Hard to be too critical when they are trying to play the ball out of defence! We did get a tad lucky when Steph Houghton messed up but a good block and then the bar came to our rescue.

Overall though we were well worth the win and it could have been more especially in the last minute when Jill Scott scraped the side of the post after two lovely passes down the right put her in.

Well worth the time to go and watch.

Very solid performance. EFC missed a very good chance in the second half and Jill Scott had a great chance late on to make it three but managed to find the side netting when I thought it was a cert. They're just beginning to reap the benefit of the 'hard work'! Pity we didn't break the 1000 gate!

I've already decided to watch the girls at the Minihad when its all finished.
Another good win tonight - delighted for Steph, Toni and all the ladies

Finally found some time to watch this and so bumping because it's well worth a watch.

Thanks for sharing Rascal.
Very worth watching. Duggan and the rest are a superb example and group of role models for the game.

Good watch.
Nothing wrong with the fact she's still a Pool supporter anything less would be a traitor to her roots. She's a scouser why would she not support Liverpool or Everton. Sure it didnt't stop her working her tripe out to beat them recently or Everton tonight like any good professional sportswoman should. Be good to see a few other stories about our other ladies so we get to know a bit about them.

2nd on the table now, but have played 1 more game than three or four behind us.

Good run of results, just need to keep it going.
