City's €140m summer will "stun English football"

Re: City's €140m summer will "stun English football"

goal.com the biggeat bullshit website ever. Please can we ban all links to that place?

Have to admit though, I don't know much about Isco, how good is he? Are we talking Hazard, Mata, Silva level here, or a slightly faster Charlie Adam?![/quote]
Well, he did win the Golden boy title infront of the likes of Götze Sharaawy thibuat curtois Christian eriksen and so on. But i would say he could do about the same to the French league as Eden hazard did at the same age, and they are quite alike those two, maybe Hazard has a few more tricks up his sleeve, and generally a slighty better ball control and flair :)

I do hate to point this out but our hopefully new manager took a collection of players whom most people on here had never heard of, apart perhaps from Isco, to within an offside goal of a CL semi. The rags with a team of players who individually wouldn't replace any in our first 11 and I include RVP won the title. If Pellegrini can get 100% out of the players we already have we'd be in with a very good chance of winning the title, add a couple of players who are better than what we've already got and who give 100% and we'd almost be a shoe in for the PL title. It wouldn't be the end of the world if we missed some of our first choice transfer targets.

Looks good, but I can't help thinking that you always get exciting transfer rumours at every club when season ticket renewal time is coming up.

Sorry but I am not stunned at all. Cavani and Thiago fair enough they are outstanding players.

Personally, I dont fancy Navas or the Argentinian Defender from Mexico and Fernandinho who Shaktar appear to want a kings ransom for has been ditched by Brazil and has 3 Goals this Season. I keep hearing he was MOTM against the Chavs in the Champions League. This one in particular has the stink of Steve Daley all over it.

I cant see it with Isco neither but that one must be me as everybody else cant be wrong.

I'd be interested in seeing everyone's collective opinions on the chance we get these players, factoring in news and tweets we read, whispers we hear, ITK bollocks we see.

Let's say 0% - no chance of coming, 100% - you think it's nailed on. I'll go mine:

Isco - 80%
Fernandinho - 90%
Cavani - 60%
Thiago - 35%
Navas - 50%
Novaretti - ? I'll say 100% but haven't heard his name in weeks.

Pellegrini 100%

what say you?

hmm id say we still have a change with Isco :)
i know his dad and agent are pictured in real madrid, but they have also held meetings with Txiki, so it could swing either way.
