I have contacted the club regarding my daughters. I had to say considering we wanted to increase our fan base (ground) this is a poor way to go about it. Maybe they have sent them to people outside of the UK first? Like everyone else I was told they would be in the post from the 5th.

I am outside of the UK and am also waiting since more than 4 months.I have contacted the club regarding my daughters. Keep being told when I call the Supporters Office that the distribution of cards and packs have been sub contracted out.
Bloody well hope the Club do it themselves next year.

I am away on holiday in beautiful Cornwall and am really looking forward to having the cityzen pack when I get home on Friday night lol............
Just got back........nothing. .......it's a bloody joke took my money over 4 months ago if this had been anyone else other than City I would have been kicking up a right stink.......I think City have only got away with this because us fans don't want to bad mouth City. We all love our club but it seems they might not love us as much !!!!!

It's shite I tell you. Every round of bevvies at the ground, inside or out, is 10% off over £10 for Seasoncard and Citizens card holders. How many have been diddled out of their discount by just having a paper ticket in lieu of their fucking well overdue membership card?
And the discount in the Club Shop. (I presume they can run your membership number through the checkout but I suppose you'd have to prove ID for that to happen.)

Should be free next season for those fucked-over during this one.

Stop buying the card year's ago,£35 is a rip off.Don't have problems with getting tickets bluemoon sorts people out.
Yes, but you do get £5 off each ticket you buy so 7 matches the card is free and there are 12 more League tickets and more Cup and CL matches.
