No tickets for most games go on general sale so you need a supporter number but not a citizen card.

Uli mentioned a cow and your reference to Bayern is a threat to Blue Moaners sacred cows! There is a lot we can learn from Bayern on connecting with fans

It used to be that you paid £30 for your card but got £5 off six games so if you went to six games, it paid for itself. I think that should be the way it is now. Paying for a card should bring a tangible benefit.

I use my old free membership card from years ago if i buy online/phone. Never had a problem.

Used to be blue with ticket priority .then blue .then general sale .I would say you stand very little chance of getting a ticket let alone seats together without buying .we used to struggle at times with priority.don't forget capacity is down by 10000 this season.possible but unlikely for league games maybe for fa cup and capital one
