I don't think they sell on day of the game, so your prediction of not selling out could well be true. Joking apart I think City have had us over with the pricing with the amount of games we have this month.

I can see that as well. With Chelsea or Real Madrid rocking up they’ll probably sell out at that.

On the cup scheme myself but didn't realise they don't sell on the day of the game. I thought it would be just a case of sending it to your phone which could be done anytime.

They do sell on the day. There used to be some UEFA rule which meant tickets couldnt be sold for Champions League games but it went years ago.

Me too,might be wrong or it may have changed but I'm sure i heard somewhere UEFA rules forbid sales on matchdays.

They do sell on the day. There used to be some UEFA rule which meant tickets couldnt be sold for Champions League games but it went years ago.

Thanks shows how out of touch I am must keep up with UEFA rule changes. :-)

I reckon the champions league pricing has been decent overall this season (esp as a citizen matchday member when compared to the cost of PL tickets), so once we get to the QF & SF stage I have no problem with them charging higher prices.
Ideally I’d rather not of course, but I can accept it.
