You mean like the free travel the club put on last season ?
 
This year the club won’t only get to do this in rehearsal. Fully confident this is our year and the stadium will beam brightly.

If you were rich you could have a very nice week or 2 taking in the business end of Roland-Garos, the Monaco GP and the CL final in between some Cote d'Azur sunbathing and wine tasting.

If the club do that again then great, but I think its unrealistic to make plans on the assumption its going to be free again.

I was referring to the £450 or whatever the club trip wanted for a trip to Lisbon (but didn't get enough takers because it was too much).

If that was the criteria going forward, you could end up with multiple seasons when the venue can’t be confirmed until early May, after the semi finals have been played. Not going to happen and rightly so.
Based on the teams remaining in the competition, Paris is a good choice. Obviously if it ends up as two English clubs, London makes more sense logistically but would rather have something in place now than the fun and games we had last season.

Yes, and?

Every single year a team from the same country that the final is played in could get there.

Wembley has hosted 7 finals and there's usually 4 English teams who could get there.
