Brussels would be a great choice
Could be a lovely firework display to watch though. Glass always half full...Don't think my Baltic cruise in May will be calling in there if things don't get sorted out pronto.
Looks like some people early in the thread owe you an apology or two... :)They surely couldn’t leave it In St Petersburg...
It's all a bit cryptic. Officialy it doesn't take much to be a Cat 4 ground, in order to allow for qualifiers and some of the smaller Uefa tournament games, but they've indicated that they want stadiums to be 70k+ for CL finals. Old Trafford is a shit hole, but given how many it sits it will always win out for hosting in the north west over us and Anfield. How come the Etihad isn’t on there, it hosted a Uefa cup final back in 2008?

Should'nt Deter gents going though. That would be a Bold move
There's a whole list of cat 4 things you need to have that include those things and other things like space for refs, floodlight quality, cameras. But I think every premier league and championship ground would easily meet the criteria so that they could technically host it, but actually getting the nod is different entirely*!I always thought other things to consider is size of changing rooms, media centre and hospitality as well.
Good luck in the Bay of Biscay.Change it for the Canaries then.
That's where I'm going
