I certainly have not forgotten them getting some decisions but what about us losing to Sunderland, Everton, Swansea and throwing away a 2 goal lead at Fulham had nothing to do with anything?

He's always pissin in the refs ear when he doesn't get a decision. Like I said him being the England captain makes him untouchable.If they enforced the rule, he would be sent off in almost every game - always down the referee's ear and generally swearing at him too.

Well if you're saying that we should win every game, then yes, that would help. What was possible and happened is that we won on Gil difference with 89 points as opposed to winning by 9-12 points.
And 89 points is a very decent amount. Arsenal were 19 points behind in 3rd.

People are getting confused here. I am 100% certain that their is no corruption against city. Anyone that thinks so is deluded. Most weeks players get charged for off the ball incidents. Do I think Marriner saw the aguero incident? Yes. But I think the fact he said he didn't isn't specific to us and I suspect most clubs fall victim to that over any season.
They should just change the rules so that the FA can charge whoever they want whether the ref sees it or not. Then at least we can forget this conspiracy bollocks.

I don't necessarily disagree with all of it, but the denouement to the season makes absolutely no sense if what you're suggesting is even remotely true. Dean could have given 3 minutes instead of 5, could have sent Tevez of as well as Barton and could have disallowed the Dzecko goal due to a foul by Vinnie. And yet, when the fix was in, he did none of those things and yet he still referees.
