I guess we all have different view but today I thought his distribution was absolutely outstanding, amazing player just very very unlucky with the goal.

Sorry but i dont really think you can call him amazing. Hes been poor since hes been with us and that is why Pep dropped him.

For all the ones who state his distribution is good but he is a keeper first therefore needs to save shots on goal ... Have any of you ever listen to Pep talking about football the way he sees it? He doesn't want the best goalkeeper as in shot stopper. He wants a goalkeeper that can make the team play better as in creating more chances and score more goals.This is not about Bravo who was unsighted and the shot deflected. It's about how Pep wants his team to play football. And Hart, Nasri and probably Yaya and Aguero won't change his mindset. Nor does the board/owner.

His comments post game suggests you are spot on.

We won that game today and we picked up 3 points and whilst its disappointing to concede in the way we did and it can be put at Bravo's door, Pep will see his selection justified by that 2nd goal and the win and points its that simple.

Whether its enough to save Bravo long term is up for debate and I still think he doesnt look happy here in this league and country and that we will get another keeper come the summer but its great to hear Pep talk in the way he does as players must feel he has their backs all the time and they will respond accordingly.

Was playing Bravo today in an easy game a way for Pep to justify playing Caballero in the FA Cup?

I agree to a point,pep has said he has learnt a lot this season,for all we know he might have decided that he needs a keeper that can do both given the very high number of saves a goalie has to make here,the others teams don't give a fuck about his distribution as they know most shots juliet is going to let in,attack us and they will get a goal easy,if he sticks with him then he is sticking to his principles to the detriment of our top 4 hopes,he will have to take the blame if we miss out because he stuck with bravo for to long

i don't see joe hart's replacement bravo being at the club next season and pep dropped a bollock with him but he will stand by his choice

am not a keeper and you must be mad to play in goals but what does pep see or teach in that role does he want total football from the 11 then if that is the case why don't the club have a shirt ready for the keeper to play outfield something like peace did with david james and play willy upfront for height it defo would make the media and the so called football panels talk and thinking about it i bet pep got that idea covered

right. back to next season joe hart gone i don't see a hand of peace from pep and asking to come back so what is pep plan from here deos willy stay as cover the young lad Angus Gunn from the EDS comes in so a new keeper but will pep ship out bravo or willy or both. its not what i was thinking at the start of the season we would be shocking at its a shock that pep been let down by bravo and willy but the mistake was all his making and shipping out joe hart

It wasnt a mistake for Joe to go, it was'nt a mistake to bring in Bravo. It hasnt worked out and we will buy a new keeper probably Ederson. He'll play the same way as Bravo who will be here next season too I reckon because thats how our keepers play now. Thats why Hart isnt here, and wont be, nothing to do with hands of peace.
