Strange, because once you allow for a couple of suicidal backpasses from Stones, at least 2 own goals (Kolarov/Sterling), and plenty of decent finishes that no goalkeeper would ever save, then you’re probably left with Bravo’s mistake on his debut at United, and maybe 4-5 that Hart might/might not have saved.
Then you have to factor an appalling Hart blunder at home to Norwich, and plenty of soft goals, but also his Man of the Match performance in Monchengladbach last season.
However, you’re not comparing like for like, because not only is Bravo more comfortable on the ball than Hart, he’s arguably more comfortable than Clichy, Otamendi, and Zabaleta.
Similarly, how many opposition goals came from throw-ins that Hart had just conceded with an aimless goal kick?
