I remember him playing a pre season match for us last summer, I think. I remember being pretty impressed by his keeping. Can't remember anything about his distribution.

Right decision without any doubt.
Probably not , but the brutal truth is football is very meritocratic and it's the way you have to run a club.I imagine Grimshaw will be ecstatic at hearing this news......

Out of interest how many times have you seen each of them play?Muric is better than Grimshaw, and by a long way. Correct decision.
If the Bravo injury situation had happened last year we would not be bringing in a goalkeeper as Muric was 3rd choice and Grimshaw was also at club. The gamble was hoping for no injuries this year and still giving Muric more game time. it hasnt worked as planned and we are lucky thst we have a relationship with the loan team

I don't think so. I believe we would have been happy enough with Muric as back up to Everson as we are now.We could have possibly brought back Hart or Gunn but I think we would have done thatHad this happened last season we would surely have recalled Gunn from Norwich...

Not many, but I value the opinions of those that watch them both regularly. And you won’t find many that think Grimshaw has what it takes to make it here. The opinions on Muric are quite different though. I doubt that they’re all seeing it wrong.Out of interest how many times have you seen each of them play?

Grimshaw knows perfectly well he is behind Muric in his development.
He is younger and more inexperienced.
Grimshaw also knows City need 3 keepers at the club.
This sends no messages to him. It shouldn’t bother him a bit.
Also, what message would it send to muric if we have the option to recall him and we don't. Good move by city. Grimshaw will know where he stands in the pecking order. If he ends up good enough he will get his chance eventually, same as any other player.

Could anyone who's seen a lot of Muric give us an honest assessment?
Is he ready for PL / CL football?
How is he with his feet? Can we realistically expect him to come in for cup games and it not affect our ability to play out from the back?
I've not seen a lot of him but he did seem good with his feet, he's very highly rated.
