Claudio Bravo Injury - Muric Recalled from NAC Breda

All I see is arguments about whether Bravo is a good goalkeeper or not. That's not the issue. He is injured. By all initial reports it looks serious - out for probably the majority or all of the season. With all respect to Daniel Grimshaw, we are therefore one injury to Ederson away from the whole season being derailed. It is essential the best available free agent is brought in right away as cover.

Amazing - The guy gets injured and folks turning up to bash him just for the heck of it.

That injury could well have ended his career a while back. Hopefully he will make a full recovery, our medical team is second to none.
Get well soon Claudio, I’ve never been your biggest fan, but no City player deserves that injury, it’s horrific.

He comes, he shouts and Stones jumps across him.
Fault is with both of them.

Nope, he has no business coming for the ball that far and angle away from his goalmouth, left alone at best he would have faced a weak header right at him or Stones heading it away.

Instead what we got was him jumping over Stones and then flapping and palming the ball right to their player who had an open net to shoot in.

Stones was tracking the ball all the way back into the box.

Anyway this is old news and I wish him well in his recovery and thank him for his penalty saves in the cup final :)

If you do class weak attempts at saves as errors then I don't know where to start.

Do you class weak attempts at goal as errors?

Yes. If they should have been scored.

Sterling made few errors in front of goal that spring to mind but made up for them by bagging plenty too.
Keepers have less margin for error unfortunately and where Raz can miss 3 sitters but still win the game with 1 goal Bravo making repeated shit attempted saves that cost goals means he was replaced after 1 season. A poor showing from an £18 million keeper, which was a very high fee for a keeper at the time!

Whether you see him as good, bad or indifferent, he is our fucking keeper and has a serious injury. FFS we have some weapons on here knowing one of ours has a career threatening injury and you want to bash him - Top blue you lad

I wonder whether the training pitches are too hard currently which has contributed to the injuries to De Bruyne and Bravo?
Very dry summer and hard pitches, also huge mistake in selling Hart and Gunn 1 should have enough been kept.
Now we're only an Ederson injury away from a crisis.

Thanks for calling me a weapon for airing an opinion on a forum. Classy touch.

I think you'll also find I said a few comments back I said it was unfortunate and no one wants to see any of our players hurt, the conversation was also about Bravo, who I don't really rate.

But at least you think I'm a top blue. Thanks for ending on a positive
