You may but a lot of our support live south of the Mersey (SK8 has more season ticket holders than any other post code) and whilst they associate themselves with Manchester they don't necessarily associate themselves with Lancashire. The last thing we want is to be divisive. In fact Yorkshire is a huge area of potential future support. People from the "Cheshire" part of Greater Manchester wouldn't take to the rose while people from Yorkshire would actually feel alienated and may choose another club to support. Manchester hasn't been part of Lancashire since 1974. We need to look forward as well as back.
 
I've also been waiting years to get rid of this hideous badge we have, but I wish people would stop banging on about the red rose of Lancashire. However much we like the old badge with it on, it shouldn't be included on the new one. No no no no no no no.

Haha, love you too. If we got a version of that badge, navy blue socks and Pep Guardiola as manager I can't see how the club could possibly get any better! Perhaps sign Messi and move the whole Etihad Campus to Moss Side, but I won't hold my breath on that! ;-)

Re-name the East Stand the Kippax,
Alternate between red and black and maroon for the away kit,
Alternate between white with sash and white with sky blue trim for the third kit,
Buy Isco,
Randomly put bids in for Alexis Sanchez, whoever the best of a bad lot happens to be at Old Trafford and Edin Hazard whether we want them or not, just to piss their fans off,
Put on a free, super fast train from Hull and back every Saturday,
Lead the way with 20 is plenty,
Recognise that Wrexham away was the true test of City fans rather than York City,
Two statues outside the ground - one of Joe Mercer and the other of Roberto Mancini doing the mouthy gesture from his run-in with shakin'bacon.
