If that's the case, why don't they give a sentence and say that it will be served in full. Balls to this concept of "time off for good behaviour" - he wouldn't be there if he'd behaved in the first place. If he was anything other than a model prisoner, extend the sentence.Think judge said he would serve half.

As ever im at a loss as to how a judge can use the words "devils incarnate" to describe the offender and his "evil" crimes and then hand down a sentence that can see them out in half the time.
Evil bastard should have got a full life term and only that can be seen as justice to his victims and to the public, especially given his record.

Quite possibly he won't but it's the principle of the matter. How sentences are arrived at generally is probably another thing for its own topic.
I'm not going to advocate people taking the law into their own hands etc but I don't much fancy his chances if he does survive long enough to be paroled.

And that 43 yr old terrorist c**t from Bury only got 18 Yrs for trying to bomb that Ryanair plane last year- he will be out in 12 to have another go ! -countries a fkin joke imo
