Not to say our team selection was the right call in the context of such a manic season, but him playing with only first team players would have helped him enormously. Rather than being amongst four or five young, untried players, he was around much more mature team mates.

He should be proud of his performance. He was very composed and very solid. Look forward to seeing more.
