Cole Palmer

Pretty sure that there will be many more posts on whether or not City should have let him go
Undoubtedly. There's some on here that just can't let go. Yes; he's done very well since going to Chelsea. Stevie Wonder can see that. But I'll go with the call of the bloke who's won 15 major trophies in his eight completed seasons with us, thanks very much. Others will disagree; so be it.

Thoughts on how savvy it is to carry on with this tactic or risk unsettling our global stars by not playing 90mins all the time by having a bigger squad Because let's face it, it is quite an outrageous one and we seem to somehow keep pulling it off - just about! What a genius Pep is.

Again on Saturday we squeezed 3 points out of our arses like we have many times this season already and honestly on many occasions last season too. International breaks is always an obvious one. Erling literally looked like he'd played over 20 games in last 2 weeks alone in 2nd half v saints. Yes we have 6/7 injuries certainly is hitting our quality too.

Bernardo in an interview last year said look "we get paid alot of money and cannot complain etc but if the fans want to see our A game levels every week it ain't happening basically due to amount games played " or summit like that.

I personally would have preferred to have pissed off Cole in summer and instruct him wasn't fukin going anywhere especially thosepoky Fulham like twats. Can't believe we flogged a Manchester lad who is top of form tree probably in the league!

Sick of the crying over Palmer. Pep gave him option, stay or leave, no loan. He's gone and fair play to him, we still won the league , were not in a relegation fight cause Cole Palmer left ffs.
Also Palmer gets picked every week in a lesser team, who would we keep dropping for him to play. I agree, lets move on. He is probably the only player who has actually succeeded after leaving us.

If you think that there is a better manager in world football than Pep Guardiola then more fool you. Palmer is playing in a team who won't challenge for the title and who are a mess.

Palmer should be looking at the improvement that Pep has made across every single player he's managed (apart from Kalvin Phillips who just shite) and then think how much better he could have been.

He's gone, we've moved on and I guarantee that Doku/Savinho/Grealish/Foden/Bernardo etc will have more medals AGAIN this year than he will.
