Does Palmer have the potential to become a huge star in the game? Yes, I think so. But he is nowhere near the finished article yet. He needs to learn how to impose himself in games where the opposition stick to him like a wet shirt. He's had a fantastic first season for Chelsea, no point suggesting otherwise.
