Cole Palmer

Great goal v Villa. Having a very good season. Playing in a confident team.He is rising to the challenge,as Chelsea climb the premier league table.
I said last season ,he just needed time to adjust to a new country, new language and new team mates. Much more to come from the lad as his confidence soars. A brilliant strikers finish, one touch with aplomp.
Chelsea fans will be very happy with him, imo.
Still needs to add consistency, especially in finishing to be a top striker, but he has all the tools.

All top strikers miss chances. Never as easy as it looks and there were numerous examples of this in our match yesterday. .
It takes a lot of nerve to keep going when critics say your not good enough . Jackson has done that, and all credit to him for not losing heart. His team mates trust him .regardless of what other fans think.
Many City fans derided his efforts whilst our resident Chelsea fan stuck up for him saying he was very pleased with his form.
Being second to Haaland this season on goal contributions suggests Vialli98 was correct.

Fair points.

Think he's only 2nd behind Haaland for goals and assists combined in the last 20 or so games. He looked a donkey originally but is playing really well now.
He has NEVER been a donkey FFS...Cole Palmer was an amazing young asset that had all the tools with us, great touch, spacial awareness, ball appreciation...boy he is just what we needed this season let's have it right

Anonymous again today although that was a shocking tackle on him and he was fortunate to escape serious injury.
Playing really well again today..away..hostile derby...to a team that dicked us 4: nowt and we were at home!

Sadly, I think he'll end up having a far better international career than Foden ever will.

Phil was seen as one of England's greatest ever, yet I doubt he'll ever be as effective as Palmer on the international stage.
