Exactly, rehabilitation shouldn't be an option, not only do i think it's not possible in such cases but the only punishment for such a crime, sadly as there's no death penalty, is you are never released.

The fact that he failed to comply to his conditions, which incidentally, aren't specified publicly, says it all for me.
You'd think he would have embraced his freedom, complied with the conditions of his release and tried to be a decent human being, while living with the guilt that he deprived 2 young women of their lives.
