There is no point, he should die in prison as should all murdering nonces. Until they can alter that section of their brain that makes them that way they will never change. If they have to be strictly monitored once released they should be in the place where they are fully monitored, a prison cell.

The point is to save money and money should never be a factor in these decisions IMO.

While I'm not advocating the death penalty returns this was the fear when it was abolished, that pieces of shit like this would eventually see the light of day again. They also promised cop killers would never be released, but there's Harry Roberts enjoying a nice pint somewhere. Some crimes life should mean life and for murders like this that should be the case.

Another concerning aspect to this is that pictures of him are already all over social media. Apart from the ones being used are from 2017. So some poor bastard that looks a bit like he did 4 years ago is in for a bit of a kicking in the next few days!
