Community Shield 2019 - date confirmed as Sunday 4th August, 3pm ko

I’m thinking about getting a ticket but pals I travel to games are giving this a miss. Flights and trains from Ed/glas are extortion if any1 got space on a bus travelling from centre Manchester I wud be tempted to travel down and hitch a ride. Pay my way obviously if anyone got space for 1.

tickets still selling, fair play to our fans, to take 27 or 28 k down there for a friendly is an immense effort.

When the negative gits leave the forum or are not heard, the positivity flows, we talk about tickets, about the pubs we visit at Wembley, about ticket sales, how we are travelling etc this is why we've sold so many, I'm now looking forward to this, those miserable gits who said we would only sell 10k can fcuk off.

Klopp has just said he doesn’t understand why this is called a pre-season friendly. To him, it’s a final.

First Mane saying Afcon bigger than CL, now Klopp legitimising our quadruple.
Last season's game with Chelsea was very competitive. I wouldn't be surprised to see a couple of sendings off this weekend. Pep simply does not do friendlies. He has repeatedly said "We play to win every match." And, to be fair, I expect Liverpool and their fans to be totally up for this match. It's a trophy, though not a major one.

Nothing going from Watford Junction, past Wembley Central to Queens Park ...

From Watford, you'll have to go to Euston, across to Marylebone and then back up to Wembley Stadium station, or to Euston, across to Euston Square then Metropolitan to Wembley Park.

No mainline services stop at Wembley Central on a Sunday anyway.

Crappy journey either way

Or just walk from Watford Junction to Watford Metropolitan Line station and catch the train straight to Wembley Park.
