Never it’s a domestic tradition and we shouldn’t withdraw from it at all.
This side of the game is approaching a dangerous tipping point, with players health(lives) at risk.Another fukin meaningless game, no wonder footballers are knackered, flogging the proverbial
That’s what I call planning ahead. Its a garbage nothing friendly and no matter what the FA try to do to big it up it will remain so.
Won't be going and will have it on in the background whilst I am ironing my bedsheets.
Used to like friendlies at Stockport or Oldham etc.All pre season games are meaningless. It’s why they’re called friendlies.
Pretty much every manager in every sport since time began have thought they were worth bothering with in preparation for the real stuff though.
Now its just a shitty place in LondonIt used to be "a shitty place in London that we're never gonna see"
They'll let us know the day before the game, once they've managed to match it with a train drivers strike.Last year was Sunday, I've seen some listings say Saturday this time, is that 100% confirmed?
Used to like friendlies at Stockport or Oldham etc.
Now we just pander to yanks
If it is on Saturday August 10th, am I right in thinking it can't be a 15:00 kick off as the EFL starts that weekend as well, and so a 15:00 game can't be televised?
