Sorry, no I didn't. :-)Did you read my last line? ;-)
Our season cards have 14,000 points therefore we don't get to many away games. So cup games are essential ways to get my grandson to different away games. We will be there for sure. CTIDI was on the fence about this one, but will make sure I go now, I won't be told which games I can & can't attend.
The game is always at Wembley, it's nearly always on a Sunday. The only surprise is the kick off time. If it was CL or FA cup final there would be no talk of a boycott.
If people don't want to go, then feel free, but don't try and tell everyone else what they should do.
I wasn't going to go. I'll never set foot in that ground for a Charity Shield match again.Could we have another snap poll how many were going before a boycott was decided on, who now aren't.
I do think the poll should be more specific.Oh here we go. Lol!
If you want to go, go. Nobody is stopping you.
The 1894 statement was released in conjunction with the 3 named City Matters Reps.
The statement was released after it became clear and apparent that a large section of our fan base wasn't happy about the kick off time and weren't prepared to go.
As an example, see the current snap polll, 5 to 1 in favour of a boycott.
Well let's have it at 7.30pm then, as long as the money is going to Chariddeee that's all right.
Darwin Nunez sine handedly best us last year at Leicester. Put Haaland into the shadeIt's a glorified over priced friendly. Did we won it last year? Can't remember and don't give a fuck. City and Arsenal should both boycott it
I wasn’t going to go anyway as my own 1 man boycott achieving nought. If you get 30% not going who were planning to its a result. These things start somewhere. Let’s hope it grows and spreads amongst the North West clubs. We’ve all got skin in the game.Sorry, no I didn't. :-)
It does help if I read all of the post before replying.
Me neither not because a boycott though I've run out of holidays spent a shitload on FA cup semi and final even more on Madrid and Istanbul. It's more the current lady friend has placed an embargo. :-)I wasn't going to go. I'll never set foot in that ground for a Charity Shield match again.
But I'm delighted there's something organised that will help us make a statement that we're unhappy with how shabbily they treat us time and again.
I will also gladly make a contribution to MCFC Foodbanks.
