If it's disappeared for others and I ordered mine yesterday (and got charged £5.45), am I best complaining and getting a refund now or when my ticket arrives?

first the club should be refunding everyone automatically and not relying on people having to ring up or e-mail

second are people who are buying tickets this week still being charged for "special delivery"?

I booked mine on monday this week and yes I was charged the special delivery fee

I booked online on thursday, and this morning while i was out the postman left a card saying a special delivery item needing to be signed for has been took back to the sorting office for me to pick up.

Now i'm not expecting anything except the tickets - so maybe they've fixed it and that people who booked online from thursday onwards will be the right postage? Shame really as i wanted to get a fiver back!! (joking...!)

Do see tickets just run the phone bookings and not the website? It was ticketline last season wasn't it that ran the phones.
