Community Shield TICKET THREAD.

i want to use my mate and his dads ST cards to buy community shield tickets, what do i need off them to do that? just their supporter numbers? how many loyalty points do you think they'll have, just been ST holders since the move to COMS, no aways or anything like that. most cup games though.

if you log into you account and add them into friends and family - you will need their season ticket number and their postcode, then you will be able to order tickets online and they would be delivered to your address.

I'm surprised they have no idea how many points they have - I'd guess around the 3k mark??

a call to supporterservices would be your best bet to find their current total or if they are registered online it will says how many on the account page if they log in.

Looks like I have a spare. Will be flying over from Dublin on the morning of the game so would have to meet up before in Birmingham or at the ground.
Ticket now gone. Sorry I didn't get a chance to reply to all.

Has anyone's tickets arrived yet?
Mine came today and lo and behold 13 came in the same envelope, contary to the claim that they would be posted to the individuals address.
So I will be claiming back 13 x £2.50 for postage and packing
Why do City use this firm to distribute tickets ?
