Might watch the whole thing again. Will report back!Watch the closing credits .. the scale of the rip off was mentioned there…
Not much of an endorsement that is it? :-)My business use them all the time, better than Royal Mail.
Did you buy on credit card, just do a charge back and threaten them with the omnudbusmanAs mentioned before, against my better judgment I bought a Sharp built in washer drier from AO after boycotting the brand for years.. we purchased in September last year and we’re still trying to get a missing door hinge .. Monday I’ll be demanding a new washer drier as they haven’t been able to replace the hinge so far some 8 months later
Always trust your instincts

I feel the need to clarify this post, as I might have come across as aggrieved, and I’m not. Not remotely. I completely get it. Things move on. Just making the point about big companies. Someone like me was/is completely inconsequential to their overriding objective of the pursuit of profit.Let me tell a story about my first employer. Worked for them for five years and made them lots of incremental money. I mean serious dollar.
Then, in a later iteration of my career, I was a recipient of their product as a customer. And they made loads of money out of that too.
Over the two periods, well over a million quid. And all over 15 years ago.
And when my business that they supplied went south, that former employer was the biggest creditor. And they made me bankrupt. And were also truculent cunts.
All that I had done for them, had provided them, amounted to fuck all.
Not cheap but reliable. I think I've had three or four broadband outages in over 20 years.Anything attached to Virgin.
Branson has never brought anything new to the public and feeds the media love-in, absolutely terrible company.
They inadvertently invested in us. When they were going south in the credit crunch the Sheik kept them afloat and then made a mint selling the shares when everything stabilised.RBS is the only one I can think of that I would absolutely never deal with again.
He screwed the two brothers over big time on the promised share option. It would be worth over £1 billion today.I didn’t draw the same conclusion as you. What’s your reasoning for that? Genuine question. Always good to question your own assumptions.
