We have a catering business and customers are always saying about the precautions we take, "health and safety gone mad" and think it's government legislation. Usually have to point out it's insurance and watching our own back because of stuff like this. The public are more to blame for over the top health and saftey rules than any government.
I rember this governmment came in saying they were going to get rid of a lot of it , only to find insurance companies were behind a lot of it.
