I wonder if they can squirm out of this one. It does seem from the replies you've received that these people are happy to allow certain clubs to break the rules, so long as it's kept quiet.

Surely when your correspondance reaches it's conclusion, there must be some people of influence be it the press or even the government, who can force these characters to bring the details of this shameful transaction out into the open?

The whole Premier league & indeed football in general needs to be the subject of a govenment enquiry imo. The people running the sport seem to be unfit to do so.
