I've been watching this for just over half an hour. Why does it feel like I've been watching for an hour and a half?

This Austria v England game has been described as 'sold out' all week long! It's a stadium with 3000 capacity but I can see empty seats. Behind Twerps goal it's all blanked off! And behind the other goal it's a car park. Wonder if the MUEN have got their red felt tips out.

The stadium has different limits for different game types. Women's UEFA games are lower than others for some strange reason.

Russo took 6 minutes to show just how misguided the policy of starting Ellen White in EVERY match in Euro 2022 was.
Wiegman was constantly bailed out by substitutes - aka tactical genius by BBC pundits.

Apart from the goal I couldn't see what else Russo did! It was a grim match, littered with players who can't pass consistently to a team mate - both teams. You ain't gonna pack out grounds playing that level.

Also, a game can be a sell out, meaning all available tickets have been sold. It doesn't mean every seat will be filled. Corporations will sometimes/often (?) buy tickets and gift them to employees. Doesn't mean those with the tickets will show up.

P9 W9 F70 A0 Pts 27.
This is not a typo, they really have scored 70 goals without reply. Amazing.

It’s more a damning indictment of having totally amateur/part-time players having to match up against total professionals. Ridiculous entirely one-sided games that result in totally embarrassing results.
Fully expect another similar result on Tuesday when Luxembourg play at Stoke City…….No way that Luxembourg can do it at Stoke on a Tuesday night!!
It will be so one-sided that even Nikitta Parris and Beth England will score goals.
UEFA need to sort this group stage qualification nonsense out.
