I don't believe in going to war over anything other than an actual invasion of this country, however stats wont change the fact that if a country mobilises for a large conflict they use conscripts.

If WW3 lands hiding under the stairs wont help anyone.

I wish every country had conscription but only in peace times and for the proposes of educating young people, improving society and being prepared for whatever challenges may be met. But I think it should be suspended when people could actually be killed, i.e. it shouldn't be for the purpose of forcing people to go into conflict.

I agree, use conscription to give kids a sense of self worth and respect… use the time spent teaching them people skills and use their time to put something back into communities.. Call it Citizenship and make the military element optional…

To be fair we are working on the assumption that Putin or any other members of the terror gang issue threats and genuinely start acting on them.

In that instance you have to stand up to them, invading them no, putting boots on the ground probably not.

But if they blink we should be ready.

I’d be more than happy to be part of the resistance seeing as tv makes it look very glamorous… :-)

Any potential death to me or mine in the meantime will be on my terms and not imposed by a set of cunts who couldn’t run a bath.
