If what we are doing is clearly working, why rush now. Take it steady and less risk of needing a backward step. An extra few weeks after 14 months of this isn’t too much extra hardship. I'm not quite sure the Adenovirus virus is totally harmless to deliver RNA to trigger our immune systems. Its starting to look like the AZ and JJ vaccines trigger an extremely rare known immune response to the Adenovirus that results in the CVST clots. Nothing confirmed yet but reports do seem to highlight this as a possibility.AZ and J&J are viral vectors - they use a harmless virus to deliver RNA into your cells.
Moderna (and Pfizer) use naked RNA delivered in a fatty envelope which directly delivers into your cells without a need for a virus to do it.
Neither use DNA.
