Beware emails regarding vaccine appointments, if you are asked for money they are a scam. Just 3 hours after my missus confirmed her her appointment she received an email from the scammers. Suspect they are hooked into an NHS appointment register? They ask for £5 to choose an appointment time , the first choice being3 hours before her actual appointment. Twats

I'm only 54 but I've got underlying health problems,
got a text from my GPs with my invitation and a link that took me to an appointment page, there was only 3 appointments left.

Cheers mate, good luck and im happy for you :)

My folks are booked in for their jabs at half eight Sunday morning.

Just told my little girl and she started crying with happiness.

Brought a lump to my throat.

Hasnt hugged them for a year and says it will be the highlight of her year when she can do so in the next few weeks, hopefully.

Jesus, I might even hug my dad and that's not something we've done for probably 40-odd years, he's a bit old school like that.

When he saw me suffering from the window last month he genuinely looked shaken and teary.

Roll on this year!
And that my friend is pure quality, love is the best thing in the world & if the last 12 months hasn't brought families, friends together then nothing will.

Hope everything goes well mate..

First time I hugged my dad was when we won the league in 2012, aged 42 and 70 respectively, and we’ve done it every time we’ve met since. It’s never too late to start mate!

Thats lovely.

I'm more emotional tonight than I"ve been since this all started.

Hopefully some light at the end of the tunnel.

My parents had theirs a couple of weeks ago roughly, coming to mine on Sunday to watch the match and first time they’ll have seen my lad for a long time due to him working and avoiding them. Certain things feel like we’re getting slowly back to normal....
